Laura Marsland – Founder & Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Laura brings over 15 years of physiotherapy experience, with more than a decade specialising in pelvic health. Throughout her career, she has continually pursued further training and postgraduate education to ensure her practice remains current, evidence-based, and effective.
Laura assesses and treats a wide range of pelvic health conditions, offering comprehensive, individualised care tailored to each client’s needs. She is deeply committed to ongoing professional development and to delivering the highest standard of pelvic health physiotherapy.
Above all, Laura is dedicated to ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and supported. She combines extensive clinical expertise with a calm, compassionate approach, helping people feel informed, empowered, and confident in their care.

Helen Hunt – Specialist Pelvic Physiotherapist & Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Helen is a highly experienced Specialist Pelvic Physiotherapist and Advanced Clinical Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in pelvic health. She currently works as the Clinical Lead for Birmingham and Solihull’s Perinatal Pelvic Health Service within the NHS.
Helen takes a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care, recognising the close relationship between physical health, mental wellbeing, and the wider demands of daily life. She has particular expertise in pelvic pain, endometriosis, and complex pelvic health presentations.
In addition to her clinical work, Helen is a national tutor for advanced pelvic pain courses and a guest lecturer at the University of Birmingham. She also brings skills in yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and rehabilitation-based movement into her practice, supporting people to reconnect with their bodies and build long-term resilience.

Charlotte – Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Charlotte is a pelvic health physiotherapist with a strong interest in combining hands-on care with progressive strength training. She supports people with a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy-related discomfort, and postnatal recovery.
Alongside her work in private practice, Charlotte also holds a senior physiotherapy role within the NHS across pelvic health and musculoskeletal services. She has completed additional specialist training in antenatal musculoskeletal pain, chronic pelvic pain, and complex bladder dysfunction.
Charlotte’s approach is thorough, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual. She blends detailed pelvic health assessment with strength and conditioning principles, functional rehabilitation, and clear education - creating a calm, supportive environment where clients feel understood and confident in their recovery.
