Frequently asked questions

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Where you are able to give 48 hours notice of cancellations please do so in order for me to offer the slot to another patient on the waiting list. There will be a link to cancel the appointment in your confirmation email if required.

How do I make a payment?

A payment link is sent out the before your appointment to pay online via Stripe. Alternatively you can via Bacs, the bank account details are found on the invoice.

What if I am unwell?

If you feel unwell or show signs of any Covid-19 symptoms please let us know so we can rearrange your appointment. If your child becomes unwell and they were attending the appointment with you, please also let us know so we can rearrange.Face masks are no longer mandatory but please feel free to wear one if you prefer. If you need me to wear one, I also have a supply.
